How can we get from the Santa Apolonia Passenger terminal to your hotel?

Hello, If you arrive by train from Santa Apolónia Station it is easy and quick to arrive to our establishment. The metro is right beneath the station. It is the same line (blue), 4 stops, and it takes about 10/15 minutes. Our station is 'Avenida'

You can take the metro until São Sebastião staion and then change to the blue line (direction S. Apolónia) until Avenida. Take the exit side that says 'Avenida da Liberdade saida Norte', walking up, our door number is 177, next to Zeg

If I take the Aerobus from the airport, where is the closest stop to the hotel?

Hello, Aerobus is temporarily not working, but you can take the bus 744 and step off in Avenida. Or catch the metro until Avenida station (blue line)

How much does parking cost?

The nearest and cheapest public parking is called Parque Alexandre Herculano ( located on Rua Mouzinho da Silveira). Its a 6 min walk away and you can buy a 24h ticket for 16€ (if you choose the pre-pay option is 12€ for 24h)

Dear guest, Unfortunately, we do not keep luggage for several days. Since we are a small establishment, we do not have storage for the luggage.

Hi, is there a luggage storage service if I check out in the morning and leave my luggage to pick up until 19:00pm in the evening? Thanks

We do not have a storage room but if there is a possibility, you can leave your luggage safely with us. Although we can only let you know at check-out time, since we are not 24h at the establishment.

Is it possible to have a later check in time? Aprox. 23.00?

Unfortunately, no. Since we are a small establishment with a small staff, we do not do check ins after 22h.

Are there televisions in the rooms? Perhaps one tv only in a shared space?

There is a TV in a shared space, not in the rooms.

How much is a taxi from Lisboa Orient train station to your hotel?

Hello, taxis work with taximeter, i cannot tell you the exact amount, but no more than 20€.

Location location location
Location. Location. Location. The small B&B is on the 4th floor of a lovely building. Excellent WiFi. Lovely lady at reception. Powerful shower. Very good AC. But that's all not important. The location is the main and only reason I'm giving this a 10. Lisbon, Capital of Portugal, and you are on the main street ( Equivalent to Oxford Street, Champs Elysees) right next to very luxurious hotels (Sofitel) and brands (Rolex, Gucci, LV, Zegna). You cannot beat this location and it justifies the price.
The room is basic, no TV, very very basic breakfast. Minimal toiletries.

Good value in good location but could be improved with a fridge.
Good location with lift, clean rooms with air com and comfy bed, friendly staff, good breakfast selection.
The rooms are in the loft so you have to constantly bend down to walk around your room or bang your head. The most annoying thing is the lack of a fridge which can be used at all times given the heat. There is a fridge in the kitchen but when staff leave there is no access to it. So then you can’t have cold water or refreshments. There is room in the common area for a drinks fridge or ice machine to resolve this. It seems petty. Also there was bass music audible from the room late at night but I was so worn out from walking I slept anyway.

Wonderful
Close to a metro station and a bus stop, not far from the river. The building located in a charming area. The staff very friendly and helpful, breakfast good, everything clean, even a staircase in a building quite pretty. Rooms don't have numbers but names, which is original. The atmosphere is positive and feels like home. As I was leaving very early in the morning, I got a breakfast bag the day before (that was my fifth holiday in Lisbon but for the first time I left with food prepared by the staff).
There were two things which weren't the fault of the staff. In the room, there was a safety door and I could smell everything that happened in the building - there were some renovations downstairs and they were using varnish whose smell reached my room. Also, almost next door there was a five-star hotel with social gatherings on its rooftop with music till 1 a.m. every evening. As I went to bed quite early, it annoyed me.
